Job descriptionTo deliver personalized, one-on-one 30-minute music lessons using a company-approved curriculum To perform duties following company education and customer service standards To keep student progress records To prepare students for and participate in seasonal recitals To participate in our student achievement program To participate in company Professional Development System Humility - we do not think less of ourselves, we think of ourselves less Effort - we are A players who apply ourselves in everything we do Learning - we are committed to having a mentor, so we can be a mentor Passion - we are focused on long-term value, not short-term gain Service - we come to serve, not to be served Must be comfortable working with students ages 5-18 and teaching in front of parents. Full Schedule The company pays 50% of employee FICA tax liability (savings of up to $2,115 per year) Paid sick leave Full-time office staff takes care of all scheduling, billing, and marketing 20 hours of PAID training Ongoing professional development through our EOS system To apply, submit a cover letter and rsum, and complete the phone interview. JOB DESCRIPTION
Minnesota School of Music is looking for motivated, professional music teachers to join the team at our fast-growing Blaine location. More than just a music school, we are a passionate team of mentors committed to empowering youth through personalized, parent-inclusive music lessons. As a MnSOM employee, you'll enjoy building value into the lives of kids and teens by sharing your love of music. Plus, you'll receive great benefits like paid training, paid sick time, and full schedules. Moreover, since we have full-time office staff, you'll never spend time doing admin workjust show up and teach. We'll handle the rest.
