As a Store Manager at DuBois Book Store, you’ll be the face of the brand for students, alumni, and fans of Miami University . You’ll lead a passionate team that celebrates RedHawk pride every day—helping families find the perfect gift, students grab game-day gear, and alumni re-live their favorite campus memories.

We’re looking for a hands-on leader who builds community, fosters growth, and thrives in a fun retail environment. You’ll train and inspire your team, create a welcoming store experience, and play a key role in keeping the long-standing DuBois tradition alive in Oxford.

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary : $55,000–$60,000 annually, based on experience
• Performance Bonuses : Opportunities for performance-based bonuses
• Schedule : Full-time, 45 hours per week, including weekends or event days as needed
