Home Health Aide (Full Time)

Samaritan is looking for a caring and skilled Home Health Aide to deliver high-quality, supportive Hospice Care to our patients. You will be responsible for helping patients with daily living activities, providing comfort, and carrying out the established Care Plan in private homes or healthcare settings.

This role pays an hourly wage of $18.00 to $20.00, depending on your years of experience.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide hands-on, direct care for hospice patients in their homes and assigned facilities.
• Assist patients with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, repositioning, and walking (ambulation).
• Follow the instructions and the Plan of Care as directed.
• Complete and accurately record patient care activities in the electronic charting system.
• Perform light housekeeping duties only in the patient's immediate area when necessary.
• Travel reliably to patient homes and facilities throughout the service area as scheduled.
• Act as a positive and professional representative of Samaritan in the community.
