What You Will Be Doing

As a Victra Retail Sales Consultant, you will help create an exceptional in-store experience using your talents, passion for technology, and customer service skills. In this role you will :

• Achieve and exceed monthly sales goals.
• Work alongside peers and store leaders, learning and sharing ideas while serving customers and resolving issues.
• Be a passionate guest advocate and connect with guests in a genuine, enjoyable way.
• Provide product benefits and solution recommendations through exceptional customer service.
• Create personal connections with guests to help tech feel simple.
• Foster a competitive drive to succeed in a fast-paced sales environment.
• Assist with merchandising and operational functions.

Sales consultants earn an average annual salary of $40,000 to $64,000, combining base hourly pay with uncapped commissions. Paid training and a guaranteed ramp-up during the first 60 days are provided. Paid time off accrues, with at least 40 hours per year in the first year and 80 hours per year thereafter. Sick leave complies with applicable state law where required.

Training Requirements

All Sales Consultants must complete a four-day New Hire University (NHU) training program within two weeks of start date. Training may include overnight travel at the company's expense. Various online and computer-based trainings will be required during employment.
