Key Responsibilities
Design, build, and maintain scalable data pipelines, ETL processes, integrations, and APIs between Salesforce and external systems.Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and processing in alignment with Salesforce data architecture best practices.Define and implement strategies for data storage, normalization, and performance optimization across multiple Salesforce instances.Lead data modeling efforts across Salesforce Clouds, including Public Sector Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud.Oversee data migration, deduplication, and cleansing initiatives to maintain data consistency, accuracy, and integrity.Design and deploy AI-powered agents that leverage Salesforce data for decision support, customer service automation, and workflow enhancement.Partner with AI / ML teams to integrate predictive models and generative AI solutions (e.g., Einstein GPT, LLM-based assistants) into Salesforce environments.Coordinate and implement data governance frameworks and best practices focused on Salesforce data ecosystems.Collaborate with product owners, business units, and stakeholders to align data governance strategies with organizational objectives.Support the development and enforcement of data standards, naming conventions, stewardship models, business glossaries, data dictionaries, and metadata management for key Salesforce assets.Provide documentation, guidance, and best practices for integrations, data cleansing, and deduplication initiatives.Asher Williams
