Guest Services Supervisor Job Description - Kenl Inn Full-Time Position

The Guest Services Supervisor is responsible for supervising customer service agents, reservation sales, retail inventory, processing invoices & payments, financial end-of-day closing procedures and administrative duties in support of these functions for the Company. Additionally, they are responsible for supervising and ensuring the maintenance and cleaning of the reception / retail area / public areas. Reports to the General Manager.

Primary Duties

• Customer Service

Our priority is servicing the clients by greeting everyone who enters and helping.

Monitor reservations & invoice processing to ensure procedures are properly followed.

Train inexperienced staff in accordance with training checklists, i.e. Dog Gurus, Fear Free etc.

Assist clients in sale of retail inventory.

Other Job Duties

Create member renewal emails and ensure member listing & point of sale software are properly updated.

Prepare cash and check bank deposits for management.

Minimum Experience, Skills, Certifications or Academic Background Required

Hourly Rate depends on experience - $19.00 - $22.00 an hour, plus department tips.
