Client prefers Active Texas Licensed providers but will consider inactive and in process Texas providers.

• $225,000.00 + starting bonus + full benefits.

• Monday-Friday 8am-5pm
• No Call
• No Weekends
• 100% outpatient
• Census Daily Average of 18
• Must have passion for geriatric community
