Key Responsibilities
Oversee performance review processes and develop manager enablement tools
Manage HR operations including onboarding, offboarding, and compliance across multiple states
Optimize talent acquisition systems and support internal hiring efforts
Required Qualifications
6+ years of experience in HR, People Operations, or Talent
Strong understanding of multi-state employment law and HR fundamentals
Experience with HR technologies such as Paylocity and Greenhouse
Ability to work autonomously in a collaborative environment
