A thriving, 500-bed hospital located on the Southern California Coast is seeking an OB Hospitalist to cover unassigned deliveries in a hospital that averages about 1-2 deliveries per 24-hour shift.

There is also an option for a Medical Director role to oversee quality, scheduling, and work closely with leadership.

The Position

  • 500-bed hospital with approximately 2,000 deliveries per year, a Level III, 22-bed NICU, and 2 Da Vinci Robots
  • Work an average of 7, 24-hour shifts per month
  • Option for Medical Director role that is 0.8 clinical and 0.2 administrative
  • Compensation includes a guaranteed base salary with quality and production incentives, ranging from $395K to $430K
  • Temporary housing stipends up to 6 months, up to $500K in down payment assistance, sign-on / relocation bonuses up to $45K, full benefits, and more
