Growing home health care agency is looking for Part-Time Register Nurse. The ideal candidate will be a responsible and well-trained professional able to give the best nursing care with little supervision. You will be compassionate and cool-tempered. you will also be able to follow health and safety guidelines faithfully and consistently. The goal is to promote patient's well-being by providing high quality nursing care.

Register Nurse Job Description

Admit referrals for Personal/Respite care, Create and update plan of care as necessary, and document and communicate actions to maintain continuity of care. Comply with procedures, regulations, rules in maintaining medical records. Perform assessments on clients to assess their conditions and home environments. Teach clients and their families about health care in the home. Data entry submission of documents electronically as required for various authorizations.

Education,Experience, and Licensing Requirements

Registered Nurse, Active Applicable Virginia License,American Heart Association issued BLS and ACLS. Please have at least 2 years as and RN and 1 year in the home health industry.
