Job Title : Maintenance Technician

Job Description

The Maintenance Technician is responsible for readying and turning over units, performing routine maintenance tasks across various trades, including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC. This role involves apartment renovation and demolition, preventive maintenance, and performing emergency on-call services for after-hours maintenance projects.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and turnover units as needed.
• Conduct routine maintenance tasks including electrical, plumbing, painting, flooring, drywall, carpentry, and HVAC.
• Perform apartment renovation and demolition.
• Conduct preventive maintenance to ensure the longevity of facilities.
• Respond to emergency on-call services for after-hours maintenance-related projects.

Work Environment

The role is based on-site at the Lockport facilities. The standard shift is Monday through Friday, from 7 am to 3 : 30 pm.

This is a Permanent position based out of Lockport, NY.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $24.00 - $27.00 / hr.
