Join the award-winning Atlantis team! We're looking for an experienced and motivated Beverage Manager to lead our beverage outlets. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of management experience in beverage operations (bartending, cocktail service, or mixology), strong knowledge of wine & spirits, and a passion for inspiring teams to deliver exceptional guest service.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for promoting Atlantis Casino "Every Player's Paradise" culture and service standards.
• Lead and motivate the Beverage team to uphold service standards and deliver a world-class guest experience.
• Recruit, hire, train, coach, and discipline team members as needed.
• Oversee daily operations of all beverage outlets, ensuring compliance with company, health, and safety standards.
• Monitor cleanliness, health code compliance, and proper use of supplies and equipment.
• Develop and implement training to drive revenue through upselling and service excellence.
• Manage scheduling, staffing levels, and labor costs in line with business needs.
• Review and approve team performance evaluations and disciplinary actions.
• Track financial performance, control costs, and apply financial data to improve operations.
• Collaborate with leadership to enhance revenue, profitability, and guest satisfaction.
• Perform additional duties as assigned.
