As a Senior Marketing Technology & Data Consultant you will drive operational excellence and strategic decision-making through the management of marketing programs processes and technology. This role ensures effective adoption of tools process optimization and data-driven insights to support global marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate has moderate-expert level expertise in marketing technologies marketing data program management and digital marketing acumen and can utilize these skills in increasing the marketing impact on overall business goals.

What you will do :

Program & Process Management : Leads medium to large projects with moderate to high complexity related to marketing workflows marketing technology and / or development and adoption.

Analytics & Reporting : Analyze performancethrough key metrics managebudgetandreporting(using a mix of technologies such asPower BIExceland Salesforce).Provide input on strategy suggesting adjustments and improvements.

Technology Administration : Ownmartechplatforms (Workfront Allocadiaand others) integrations andautomation; ensure data qualityandoptimalutilizationwith theobjectivetoimprove marketing performance to achieve businessobjectives.

Strategy & Innovation : Evaluatemarketing strategy; evaluate opportunities forincreased marketing impact on business goals.

Training & Adoption : Promote best practices and deliver trainingboth in-person andvirtuallytoa globally based team.

What skills you will have :

Technical Excellence : Extensive experience in strategicmarketing operations technology and project management .Certification or deep knowledge of program management methods (Agile Six Sigma).

Digital Marketing : Expertisein marketing tech platforms integrations and analytics tools (Workfront Allocadiaand use ofSalesforce Power BIExceland all Microsoft Office Tools).Familiarity with AI-driven marketing solutions and process automation.

Strategic Thinking : Strong process improvement and budget management experience .Ability toimpactstrategy based onfindings.

Customer Focus : Knowledge of the values and practices that align customer needs and satisfaction as primary considerations in all business decisions and ability toleveragethat information in creating customized solutions.

Creativity : Knowledge of the approaches tools and techniques for promoting creative original thinking and ability to apply it to a variety of business situations.

Effective Communications : Excellent communication and training skills; ability to manage global stakeholders.

Relationship Management : Knowledge of relationship management techniques; ability toestablishand maintain healthy working relationships with clients vendors and peers.

Vendor / Supplier Management : Knowledge of external provider management processes and ability to effectively manage the business relationship with external providers ( service providers contractorsconsultantsand suppliers).

Top candidates will also have :

Degree in Marketing Business or related field.

Mining industry knowledge modelis highlydesired.

Additional Information :

The primary work location for this role is either Tucson AZ or Peoria IL with a requirement to work on-site full-time at a Caterpillar facility.

Domestic relocation assistance is available.

This position may require up to 10 20 % travel .

Summary Pay Range :

$126000.00 - $189000.00

Compensation and benefits offered may vary depending on multiple individualized factors job level market locationjob-related knowledge skills individual performance and experience. Please note that salary is only one component of total compensation at Caterpillar.
