• Monday through Friday, 8am - 5pm schedule with no call
• 18 - 20 patients scheduled daily, averaging 21 patients seen
• 15 and 30 minute appointments for new and existing patients
• 90% adult patients, 10% pediatric patients
• Same day acute visits and walk-ins accommodated when schedule permits
• Telehealth services available via phone and video
• Seven month coverage opportunity
• Annual wellness visits and preventive care focus
• Paid malpractice insurance; pre-paid travel and housing expenses
