What's the Job?

• Provide hardware support and repair services for HP PC products including laptops, desktops, RPOS, and workstations.
• Configure hardware, software, and network components to resolve technical issues on customer sites.
• Perform repairs on printers and other related hardware, utilizing mechanical skills and tools.
• Manage multiple service events efficiently, ensuring timely resolution and customer satisfaction.
• Educate customers about technology solutions and maintain professional relationships during service interactions.
