Job descriptionA or B Level Automotive Technician (Some Euro experience preferred but NOT required) Turn hours into higher earnings with a guaranteed income during slow periods Utilize the latest digital systems, no cumbersome dealership paperwork. Escape the outdated practices of your current shop. We're forward-thinking, especially with EVs like Tesla. Collaborate with a group of technicians where mutual success is the goal, not competition. Monthly bonuses for team performance. Access to mentorship and support when needed, but also the freedom to work independently. Certification Bonuses : Reimbursement for ASE tests, plus bonuses for master certification. Education : Paid training and continuing education. Tool Access : Shop-supplied diagnostic scanners and programmers. Benefits : PTO, paid holidays, IRA retirement plan, insurance, etc. Integrity and Honesty : Fundamental to our workplace culture. Experience : 5+ years with European vehicles, ASE certification or equivalent (extra certifications boost your pay). Valid Driver’s License : Must be comfortable driving a manual transmission. Legal Work Status : US Citizen or valid work visa. Self-Management : Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
