NorthStar Memorial Group is looking for a Community Development Supervisor at Restland of Dallas in Dallas, TX. (Dallas County). In this role, you'll serve as a trusted advisor to families, with a primary focus on celebrating life. In this role, responsibilities include :

• Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs
• Hold daily meetings with sales advisors to ensure daily, weekly, and monthly goals are being met
• Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability
• Ensure that all staff are trained on products and services, and understand what inventory and spaces are available
• Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service

What you will bring to the role :

Candidates must have a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving records (verified in the background check process)
