Active, unrestricted US Medical License (MD, DO, NP, or PALLC or other legal business entity (or willingness to obtain)Active malpractice insurance, in good standing, free of significant sanctions or malpractice claimsOffice or access to office space in required locations (e.g., within 50- 60 miles of Fargo)US CitizenshipWhat to Expect Next
