Job Title : Senior Scrum Master – Healthcare
Location : Remote
Compensation : 45-50$ / Hr on C2C / 1099
Work Authorization : GC, USC
Role Summary
We are seeking a Senior Scrum Master with strong healthcare IT experience to drive Agile delivery across complex programs. The role requires expertise in coaching teams, enabling high performance, and ensuring compliance in a regulated healthcare environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, reviews, retrospectives).
- Partner with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and Engineering teams to ensure delivery of healthcare solutions (EHR / EMR, claims, interoperability, digital health).
- Remove impediments, risks, and delivery bottlenecks to maintain velocity.
- Drive Agile maturity, coaching teams on Scrum / SAFe best practices.
- Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations (HIPAA, HITECH, CMS) during delivery.
- Provide status reporting and metrics (velocity, burndown, release tracking) to stakeholders.
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability.
