Technical Recruiter

A company is looking for an Engineering Recruiter.

Key Responsibilities

Lead recruitment support and own the end-to-end recruiting cycle

Coach and mentor team members to enhance recruitment efforts

Proactively recruit passive talent and improve the candidate experience

Required Qualifications

BA / BS degree in a related field or equivalent experience

5+ years of experience in recruiting or talent acquisition

Experience with applicant tracking systems and passive candidate sourcing

Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter as a recruiting tool

In-house and agency experience preferred
