Reporting to the General Manager, the Store Associate is responsible for completing duties as assigned according to production and workflow standards, as well as ensuring a positive customer experience in both the front and back of the store.
Full-time positions are scheduled 30-40 hours per week, part-time positions are scheduled 16-24 hours per week.

Operational
- Maintaining appropriate security of cash and donated goods
- Operate register, as directed
- Complying with agency policies and procedures
- Ensuring a high level of customer service both front and back
Production
Ensuring quick placement of high-quality, processed goods to the sales floorAssisting to meet production numbers as set by divisional managementEnsuring loss prevention and process flow guidelines are followedSafety
