Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled HVAC Installer with a passion for delivering high-quality work and exceptional customer service. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVAC systems in residential and light commercial settings. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in HVAC installation and be ready to tackle a variety of tasks, from ductwork to system controls.

Key Responsibilities :

• Install HVAC systems, including ductwork and refrigeration piping.
• Safely remove and replace equipment, ensuring all installations meet our high standards of quality and safety.
• Complete installations and repairs according to municipal codes and company protocols.
• Provide a stellar customer experience on every job, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
• Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including the company vehicle.
• Participate in ongoing technical training to stay current with industry standards and technologies.
• Accurately complete all required documentation for each job.

Qualifications :

• Minimum of 2 years of experience as an HVAC Installer.
• EPA Certification (Type II or Universal).
• Valid Driver's License with a clean driving record.
• Proficiency in HVAC installation, including electrical wiring, controls, and piping.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Physical Requirements :

• Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting, carrying, stooping, bending, and kneeling.
• Comfortable working in various environments, including exposure to extreme temperatures, fumes, and confined spaces.
• Ability to travel locally to job sites as required.
