Job Summary :

This role is responsible for developing and managing Company technical training including in-person, written and online. This individual works with field personnel to develop and continue to improve the training process for all employees.

Duties / Responsibilities :

• Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
• Assist with material related to the online training program
• Maintain and develop written materials related to Auto-Chlor Equipment
• Maintain and develop parts manuals and field support materials
• Assist with new product launches in equipment and chemical departments
• Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
• Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
• Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
• Observe and evaluate results of training programs
• Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements

Required Skills / Abilities :

Physical Requirements : Bending, crouching, lifting up to 50lbs. on a moderate basis.

Additional Information : This position requires travel 10% of the time.
