Job Summary :
This role is responsible for developing and managing Company technical training including in-person, written and online. This individual works with field personnel to develop and continue to improve the training process for all employees.
Duties / Responsibilities :
- Devise technical training programs according to organizational requirements
- Assist with material related to the online training program
- Maintain and develop written materials related to Auto-Chlor Equipment
- Maintain and develop parts manuals and field support materials
- Assist with new product launches in equipment and chemical departments
- Prepare training material (presentations, worksheets etc.)
- Execute training sessions, webinars, workshops etc. in groups or individually
- Arrange for and conduct on-site training when needed
- Observe and evaluate results of training programs
- Determine overall effectiveness of programs and make improvements
Required Skills / Abilities :
Proven experience as technical trainerExperience in designing, building, and maintaining online training curriculumAbility to address training needs with complete coursesWorking knowledge in MS Office (especially PowerPoint)Outstanding communication skills and comfortable speaking to crowdsExcellent organizational and time-management abilitiesCertification such as CTT+ (Certified Technical Trainer) is a strong assetPhysical Requirements : Bending, crouching, lifting up to 50lbs. on a moderate basis.
Additional Information : This position requires travel 10% of the time.
