Job description10+ years of experience in EHS leadership, preferably in an international, multi-site environment. Proven success in implementing global EHS programs and policies. Strong knowledge of EHS regulations and standards across different regions. Exceptional leadership, communication, and project management skills. Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health, Safety, Environmental Science, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
Global Director of EHS
Adecco is partnering with an international mid-market company seeking a Global Director of Environmental Health & Safety (EHS) . This is an exciting leadership role for a professional with a passion for driving EHS initiatives across multiple regions.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop, implement, and oversee the global EHS strategy, ensuring compliance with local, national, and international regulations.
- Lead a global team to foster a culture of safety, health, and environmental responsibility.
- Drive continuous improvement in safety performance, sustainability practices, and regulatory compliance.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate EHS programs into the broader business strategy.
- Monitor, analyze, and report on EHS metrics and trends to senior leadership.
Requirements :
This is a day-shift position, Monday-Friday, with opportunities for travel to various international sites.
