JOB SUMMARY :

We are seeking motivated and experienced Medical Receptionists to become part of our dynamic team. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for patients, providing essential support to both visitors and medical staff.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES :

The following duties and responsibilities illustrate the expectations for this position, but are not exhaustive. Additional tasks may be assigned as necessary.

• Warmly greet all patients and visitors, assisting them through the registration process and addressing any inquiries.
• Manage multi-line phone systems, including filing, faxing, scanning documentation, and performing daily patient callbacks.
• Efficiently check in and discharge patients, assist clinical staff, and ensure the office is closed securely at the end of each shift.
• Collect and verify insurance information, process payments, post patient balances, and complete phone sheets.
• Maintain a tidy and professional workspace at all times.
• Follow all health and safety protocols diligently.

SCHEDULE DETAILS :

Our full-time staff typically work a rotating 36-40 hour / week schedule featuring 12-hour weekday shifts, with every other weekend required. As part of our PRN (per diem) team, you will be scheduled based on the needs of the facility.
