• Senior responsibility across litigation, counseling, and client strategy
• Leadership over staffing, attorney oversight, and matter management
• Collaborative environment with operational and administrative support
• Base salary of $300,000 to $350,000+, depending on experience and overall profile
• Origination & profit-share participation available for portable business
• 1,800-hour target with expected flexibility as management duties expand
• Benefits include health insurance contribution, disability coverage, PTO, bar dues, CLE reimbursement, and client development support
