About The Position

Outpatient-only – No hospital or nursing home rounding

Schedule : 36 clinical hours + 4 admin hours / week

Patient Volume : ~20–25 patients / day

Collaborative Team Model : Work alongside experienced providers & dedicated support staff

EMR : Athena

On-call : Light, rotating schedule (occasional Saturdays)

✅ Candidate Requirements

Board Certified or Truly Board Eligible (within 5 years of residency) – FM or IM

Active NJ License (or ability to obtain)

DEA, CSR / CDS, BLS (or willingness to obtain)

Clean malpractice history
