Senior Talent Development Partner – Adobe
Overview
We are seeking an experienced professional in Talent Development to join our Employee Experience team. Talent Development strives for impactful business outcomes, empowers employees, and supports Adobe's digital innovation. In this role, your primary responsibility involves improving the efficiency and impact of our people leaders at Adobe. What You'll Do
- Provide leadership development expertise and consultation on organizational needs.
- Lead the development and execution of global talent development processes, programs and offerings.
- Incorporate a strong understanding of behavioral change and scalable solutions to lead and develop solutions.
- Work collaboratively and proactively with key customers, subject matter experts and partners to understand and validate business needs to inform build and continuous improvement of learning solutions.
- Cultivate trusted relationships with Employee Experience and senior business leaders by understanding business challenges, desired outcomes, and how they translate into our leader development strategy
- Design and facilitate meetings, programs, and offsites for business teams as required
What You Need To Succeed
Strong command of learning and development models, frameworks, tools and solutions to increase leadership effectiveness, including behavioral change, talent management, change leadership, high performing team effectiveness and coachingUnderstanding of external trends in leadership developmentAbility to develop relationships and partnerships across all levels of a global company, exhibiting strong leadership and influencing skillsDemonstrated track record of impactful talent management / learning and development solutions from strategy to implementation in a large, global, matrix environmentHuman capital or consulting experience with a variety of organizations, teams, or leadersStrong teammate with demonstrated ability to work in a fast-paced environmentStrong global business and financial foresightTravel may be required up to 25% of the timeRequires a minimum of 5-8 years of related experience in Human Resources, Consulting, or Change Leadership with a Bachelor’s or advanced degreeNotice
