What You’ll Do :

• Lead and support nursing staff on your unit
• Oversee quality of care and ensure compliance
• Mentor nurses and elevate team performance
• Represent your unit to upper management

What We’re Looking For : Valid RN License 3+ years in Long-Term Care (preferred) 2+ years as a Charge Nurse (preferred) Strong communication and tech skills Leadership that inspires and motivates
