Key Responsibilities
Respond to inbound inquiries and proactively reach out to potential clients to discuss business services
Understand client needs and present tailored solutions while managing leads through the sales funnel using a CRM system
Establish and maintain trust with clients, ensuring a positive experience and collaborating with team members to improve processes
Required Qualifications
Demonstrated experience in a consultative sales role, ideally in a call center or remote environment
Experience using CRM tools and remote work software (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Teams)
