Details : We are seeking a skilled Production Supervisor to oversee operations at our plant. The Supervisor will be responsible for managing a team of 10 individuals, ensuring production schedules are met, and leading production meetings.

Shift : First Shift; Monday through Friday

Pay : 60,000-80,000 / year- dependent on experience

Responsibilities

• Oversee plant operations and manage a team of 10 people.
• Delegate tasks effectively to ensure efficient production processes.
• Ensure production schedules are adhered to and met promptly.
• Conduct and lead production meetings to maintain team alignment.
• Implement lean manufacturing processes.
• Oversee assembly and production tasks.
• Experience with process and continuous improvement strategies.

The pay range for this position is $60000.00 - $80000.00 / yr.
