Responsibilities

We are currently seeking an Institutional Support Specialist that is responsible for providing administrative support for Institutional clients within the Wealth LOB. The role is responsible for enhancing the Advisor's effectiveness by performing a variety of complex, diverse, sensitive and confidential information while providing an overall high touch client experience to all institutional clients.

Key Accountabilities

Data & Systems Management

• Administer Open Finance data feed and identify any missing data from the feeds.
• Add new accounts to the data feed
• Administer Client point, including new enrollees, log out users, etc.

Third-Party Management

Investment Transaction Oversight & Management
