Job Duties and Responsibilities

The Talent Development Specialist supports the design and execution of organizational development (OD) strategies for the enterprise and high-impact HR initiatives. This role serves as a trusted partner to HR and business leaders to help optimize the organization and strengthen capabilities, with a focus on organizational design, team dynamics and change management. The Talent Development Specialist builds programs and tools that connect organizational priorities with OD strategies to enhance the employee experience and support the long-term success of HR and enterprise initiatives.

Organizational Development & Design :

  • Leads organizational design projects, including assessing current structures, identifying areas for improvement, and designing new organizational models to optimize efficiency and effectiveness
  • Conducts needs assessments to identify skill gaps and development opportunities within the organization
  • Partners with HR Business Partners and business leaders to align talent and organizational strategies with business goals
  • Supports the development and implementation of talent development programs, including talent / succession planning, performance management, and employee engagement initiatives
  • Monitors and measures the effectiveness and outcomes of initiatives and providing feedback and recommendations for improvement
  • Facilitates workshops and training sessions on topics related to organizational development and design
  • Support ad hoc projects and initiatives as needed

Change Management :

  • Develops, plans and implements strategies to address organizational development and change needs for HR and enterprise initiatives
  • Leads the change lifecycle : intake, assessment, planning, execution, reinforcement, and sustainment
  • Develops integrated communications plans for HR programs and priorities, aligned to business goals and change strategies
  • Provides consultative support and coaching to HR teams and business stakeholders on change best practices
  • Develops tools, templates, and playbooks to enable consistent and scalable change adoption across HR
  • Ensures timely, transparent, and engaging communication that drives awareness, understanding, and action
  • Tracks, measures, and reports on change effectiveness, adoption, and employee experience to inform continuous improvement
  • Manages and maintains an internal page on the company intranet, ensuring accurate and thoughtful distribution of HR-related information to all employees
  • Skills, Experience and Requirements

    Education and Experience :

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business Administration, or a related field, Master's degree preferred
  • Successful candidates typically have 3-5 years of experience in talent development, organizational development, organizational design, or change management roles
  • Skills and Qualifications :

  • Proven experience leading complex organizational design projects
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills
  • Ability to build strong relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Demonstrated project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Proficiency in using various communication and collaboration tools
  • Visa sponsorship not available for this role

    Salary Ranges

    Compensation : $63,150.00 / Year - $90,000.00 / Year

    The base pay range shown is a guideline. Individual total compensation will vary based on factors such as qualifications, skill level, and competencies; compensation is based on the role's location and is subject to change based on work location.
