Assistant Director Key Responsibilities :
Administrative Support :
- Assist in managing the day-to-day operations of the School
- Handle administrative tasks such as scheduling, record-keeping, and reporting
- Ensure compliance with state childcare licensing regulations
Staff Management :
Support the recruitment, training and supervision of staffProvide ongoing professional development opportunities for teachersManage and ensure the proper training of all staff membersCurriculum and Program Development :
Assist in the implementation of a high-quality educational programEnsure that the educational programs meet the needs of all childrenSupport teachers in creating engaging and effective lesson plansFamily and Community Engagement :
Build and maintain positive relationships with parents and familiesAddress parent concerns and provide regular communication regarding their child's progressPromote the schools within the community and participate in outreach activitiesHealth and Safety :
