Litigation Legal Assistant - El Segundo, CA

We are actively recruiting an experienced Litigation Legal Assistant with a minimum of five years in civil litigation and trial practice to become an integral part of a dynamic team. The firm provides support in a friendly, team-oriented environment that allows for immediate responsibility and growth potential. Key Responsibilities :

• Provide comprehensive support to attorneys across all aspects of case management.
• Collaborate with attorneys in the preparation, proofreading, revision, and finalization of legal documents.
• Conduct E-Filing in state, federal, and appellate courts.
• Manage confidential information, files, records, legal documents, and reports.
• Perform intake and conflicts checks, process time entries, and handle client billing.
• Maintain attorneys' calendars, coordinate travel, schedule appointments, meetings, and conferences.
• Undertake additional duties as assigned.
