Operations Engineer II, Mechatronics & Sustainable Packaging

As an Operations Engineer, you will have the opportunity to oversee the deployment of multiple MSP solutions at both new constructions and operational fulfillment centers. Your expertise will be crucial in the coordination and execution of installations, commissioning, and performance ramp-up, enabling our engineering and product teams to concentrate on enhancing system performance.

Your role will involve :

• Managing the development of project plans and technical solutions that align with our goals.
• Influencing deployment strategies and machine performance execution to senior leadership.
• Overseeing project planning for the installation of complex cross-functional projects, managing contractors and vendors.
• Defining deployment plans and continuous improvement goals, setting standards based on customer insights.
• Effectively communicating program status and performance across various internal teams.

We are looking for proactive individuals who take the initiative to drive improvements in our technology and processes. This position involves significant travel, with expectations of at least 75% travel across North America and occasional international assignments.

Your qualifications should include :

Preferred qualifications include experience with third-party vendors, knowledge of Six Sigma or lean manufacturing principles, and an advanced degree in engineering or a related STEM field.
