Maintenance-Groundskeeper

Job Title

Inspect and maintain property grounds, walkways, and outdoor areas for cleanliness and safety. Operate lawn care equipment such as mowers, trimmers, snow blowers, and leaf blowers. Perform seasonal grounds tasks including mowing, trimming, leaf removal, snow and ice removal, and landscaping. Maintain and repair outdoor fixtures such as benches, fences, signage, and lighting. Assist with maintenance of tools, machinery, and vehicles perform routine service as needed. Monitor and report maintenance or safety concerns to management promptly. Support facility upkeep by cleaning, organizing, and disposing of waste and debris. Assist with basic construction, assembly, or setup projects as assigned. Ensure compliance with all safety policies and procedures while maintaining a neat, professional appearance of the property.

Other Experience and Qualifications :

General maintenance experience at least 13 years working in building or property maintenance, facilities, or similar hands-on roles. Groundskeeping or landscaping experience mowing, trimming, planting, snow removal, and maintaining outdoor areas. Basic repair knowledge experience using hand and power tools for light carpentry, painting, plumbing, or electrical fixes. Equipment operation able to safely use lawnmowers, trimmers, power washers, snow blowers, or small tractors. Preventive maintenance performing routine checks and upkeep on tools, machinery, and property systems. Safety awareness familiarity with OSHA or workplace safety procedures. Physical capability able to lift 50+ lbs, work outdoors in various weather conditions, and stand for long periods. Communication and reliability takes direction well, shows up consistently, and works independently or as part of a team.
