Our is a growing, team-focused law firm that fights traffic tickets, DUIs, and other driving-related offenses for clients across Illinois.

Job Requirements

• Represent clients daily, primarily in courtrooms in Lake County, Illinois.
• Negotiate with prosecutors, advise clients on case outcomes, and handle a variety of cases from minor traffic violations to DUIs and other misdemeanours.
• A typical caseload consists of about 100 cases at any given time approximately 30 traffic tickets, 30 misdemeanour DUIs, 30 traffic misdemeanours (aggravated speeding, DWLS / R, reckless, etc) and 5-10 felonies (mostly traffic-related).
• Prepare cases for hearings or trial, manage evidence, and use your skills to achieve the best outcomes for your clients.
