Entry-Level IT Support Role – Full Training Provided

Who We’re Looking For

• 3+ months of IT experience or relevant education (A+, IT coursework, CS / IT degree, bootcamp, etc.)
• Strong interest in expanding technical and hardware support skills
• Reliable, professional, and eager to learn
• Solid communication and customer service abilities
• Must have reliable transportation (100% onsite in Coppell)

Schedule

We are a 24 / 7 facility — so while most shifts are standard weekday hours,

flexibility to work days, nights, or weekends is a huge plus and may provide additional opportunities.

What You’ll Be Doing

This is a true entry-level role with structured training and daily exposure to hands‑on IT work.

You’ll support the team by :
