Registered Nurse (RN)

Homecare Case Manager RN - M-F 8a-430p, every 4th weekend and 2 holiday rotation.

Summary of Position : The Primary Nurse is responsible for direct patient care.

Education and Experience :

• Graduation from an approved School of Nursing.
• Current RN licensure in the State of Ohio.
• Minimum of two years of experience in Medical / Surgical, Oncology or community health nursing.
• Hospice experience preferred.
