Join a 40+ member cardiology group

Employed structure / part of a larger organization but have 100% autonomy

Diagnostic case mix (Can be non-invasive or invasive)

Nuclear / ECHO a plus

Defined need for your services / Be busy day one

Join another cardiologist at a satellite clinic

Current cardiologist is performing 2,000 wRVU's per month (185% MGMA)

Wants to scale back a little - instant patients

Performing 500 Diagnostic CATH's, 700 Nuc's, 1500 ECHO's, etc.

800 patients per month and 5-9 new patients per day

Enough volume to replicate that if desired

Easy referrals for INT cases

Work in same clinic / New space under construction for growth

180 Bed hospital

Have PA and NP assisting

Starting compensation in $550K+ range with wRVU bonus

Expect to earn $700K-$900K within the first 1-2 yrs. $1.4M+ at 2+ yrs if desired
