This individual will be a key member of Harrison Street's open-end infrastructure strategy and focused primarily on originating, executing, and asset managing investments. Candidates should be self-starters who possess excellent analytical skills, a strong understanding of and demonstrated experience with Excel and financial modeling, and superior written, research, and oral communication skills. Critical industry skills include knowledge of the various infrastructure sectors (power, renewables, utilities, water, transportation, social, and digital), project finance expertise, the ability to lead and execute transactions, and lead the asset management of portfolio assets. The individual must be able to effectively allocate time between multiple immediate and medium-term tasks, effectively adjust to changing priorities, and adhere to strict deadlines. The position is available in the firm's Chicago office.

$160,000 - $205,000 a year
For Illinois Only : The expected base salary range for this position is $160,000 to $205,000. Actual salaries may vary based on a number of factors, including skills, experience, and qualifications. In addition to base salary, total compensation at Harrison Street includes a generous discretionary bonus, along with a comprehensive range of benefits including medical, financial, and wellness programs designed to support our employees both professionally and personally.
