Support the procure-to-pay and travel-to-reimbursement processes at a leading high-tech company

Responsibilities

• Maintain accurate supplier records and accurately process and pay invoices
• Partner with Procurement, end users and suppliers to resolve discrepancies
• Review activity and guide MathWorks staff through the travel-to-reimbursement process
