Affiliate Marketing Senior Lead

A company is looking for an Affiliate and Influencer Senior Lead.

Key Responsibilities

Own the affiliate program end-to-end, including acquisition, activation, and performance optimization

Recruit and onboard new high-potential affiliates and build relationships with top performers

Monitor performance metrics and collaborate cross-functionally to ensure program success

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, partnerships, or influencer-driven acquisition

Proven track record of scaling affiliate programs in e-commerce or SaaS

Deep knowledge of the Amazon seller ecosystem

Analytical and data-driven with experience in monitoring conversions and ROI

Experience with affiliate platforms and CRM tools
