Overview

We are looking for a driven and persuasive cold caller / buyer. This dual-role involves generating and qualifying leads through outbound calling, and negotiating the purchase of fire protection gas from around the world.

Key Responsibilities

• Support Fire Protection Managers with strategies, leads, and dashboards to track projects and secure the purchase of halons
• Make high-volume outbound calls to leads and prospects with the goal of gas purchase and provide feedback to meet monthly targets
• Provide professional and friendly service to customers (face-to-face, written or verbal) to promote A-Gas in the marketplace
• Build rapport to match programs to customer requirements and introduce them to A-Gas total solutions
• Maintain accurate records of calls, conversations, and lead status
• Respond to internal and external customers with urgency and professionalism
• Cross-train in inbound and outbound logistics along with customer service to support Fire Protection goals
• Work in accordance with company health and safety policies
• Other tasks as assigned
