COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Family Medicine - (FM)
$285k Base Salary + Production Incentives
$25,000 Sign-On Bonus
$25k Loan Repayment annually
$10,000 Relocation Assistance
35 Days of PTO

Family Medicine- 100% Outpatient
12-16 patients per day in clinic
No Call- Excellent work-life balance

Must acquire CO licensure

1 Hour Drive to Pueblo, 1.5 Hours to CO Springs
