Job descriptionLoad and unload incoming and outgoing trucks Operate tow motors (forklifts) safely and efficiently Weigh parts in and out using shipping scales Use shipping software to generate labels, track shipments, and process orders Follow First In, First Out (FIFO) staging practices for incoming parts Assist with the loading / unloading of production tempering furnaces Maintain clean and organized shipping / receiving and staging areas Support inventory accuracy and documentation Learn and prepare to lead shipping operations, including prioritizing tasks and overseeing workflow Prior experience in shipping / receiving in a manufacturing or warehouse setting Certified or experienced in tow motor (forklift) operation Familiarity with shipping software systems and scale operations Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand / move throughout the shift Willingness to work overtime, including some weekends, as needed Positive attitude with the desire to learn and grow into a leadership role

- Nationwide Background Check .
- Pre-Employment Drug Test.
Location : Valley City, OH
Schedule : train on 1st shift but ultimately switch to Monday–Friday 3 : 00pm - 11 : 30pm
Rate : $19 / hr to start, eligible for raise and benefits once hired on.
Position Overview :
Client seeking a motivated and reliable Shipping / Material Handler to join their team in Valley City. This is a hands-on, physically active role with potential for leadership. The ideal candidate will have prior experience in shipping and receiving, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage workflow in a dynamic production environment.
