Travel Nursing Job Details - Windsor, VT Assignment Length : 13 weeks (Start : December 8, 2025 - End : March 9, 2026) Location : Windsor, Vermont (VT) - 05089 Healthcare Setting : Acute Med / Surg Telemetry Unit (may float to Acute Rehab as needed) Shift : 12-hour nights Hours : 36 hours per week guaranteed Schedule : Every other weekend and holiday coverage required EMR : Cerner Nurse-to-Patient Ratio : 1 : 4 / 5 Average Daily Census : 22 patients Estimated Weekly Pay : $1950-$2090 On-site parking available Reliable transportation required (no public transportation available) Registered Nurse (RN) Qualifications Active Vermont Registered Nurse (RN) license Current ACLS and BLS certifications (AHA required) Minimum 2 years of recent Med / Surg or Rehab nursing experience At least 3 months of prior travel nursing experience Charge RN experience required BSN preferred Ability to float between Med / Surg and Acute Rehab units Must have own reliable vehicle Permanent address must be included in application All requested time off (RTO) must be submitted with application (maximum 5 days) Local travelers (within 50 miles) not eligible Med / Surg Tele RN Responsibilities Coordinate and deliver total nursing care for patients on the Med / Surg Telemetry unit Serve as backup Charge Nurse as needed Educate patients and families on care plans and health management Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams and ancillary staff Document all patient care in Cerner EMR Ensure compliance with hospital policies and professional nursing standards Adhere to attendance, scheduling, holiday, and weekend requirements Apply now to join our dedicated healthcare team in Windsor, Vermont, and take the next step in your travel nursing career!
