Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Project/Program Manager to lead the coordination and completion of content development for event breakout sessions. The role involves working in close partnership with product marketing to oversee all aspects of content preparation for designated topic tracks, including setting deadlines, monitoring progress, and coordinating with key stakeholders. The ideal candidate will prepare reports for upper management on project status and collaborate with a team to develop detailed onboarding resources and conduct time studies for future project planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set deadlines, assign responsibilities, and monitor the progress of content development.
• Coordinate content reviews with senior leadership, external vendors, and customers.
• Ensure content quality meets high standards by coordinating with session owners, speakers, and marketing managers.
• Prepare comprehensive reports on project status for upper management.
• Collaborate to develop onboarding resources and conduct time studies for future staffing needs.

Must-Have Skills:

• Proven experience in event management and project management.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Asana and MS Office Suite.

Industry Experience Required:

• At least 2-3 years in events project management or coordination.
• Bachelor's degree and project management certification (PMP, PgMP, Prince2, or similar) preferred.
