We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead initiatives at the intersection of Contact Center transformation and AI automation. This role will serve as the key liaison between the Telecom / UCC engineering team and Product Management, ensuring that complex projects are delivered on time, on budget, and with clear alignment to business goals. The successful candidate will combine strong project management expertise with a deep understanding of contact center operations, AI-driven solutions, and enterprise stakeholder management.

What You Will Do

• Serve as the primary liaison between Telecom / UCC engineering and Product Management teams.
• Track and manage project deliverables, milestones, and dependencies, ensuring deadlines are met.
• Facilitate clear communication across stakeholders, project team members, and leadership.
• Develop and maintain weekly project updates, executive summaries, and progress documentation.
• Analyze and integrate data from multiple sources to establish project baselines and measure progress against them.
• Proactively identify risks, roadblocks, and opportunities for improvement, and drive resolution.
• Ensure alignment of initiatives with Datavant's technology-first, AI automation strategy.

The range posted is for a given job title, which can include multiple levels. Individual rates for the same job title may differ based on their level, responsibilities, skills, and experience for a specific job. The estimated total cash compensation range for this role is : $166,000$195,000 USD To ensure the safety of patients and staff, many of our clients require post-offer health screenings and proof and / or completion of various vaccinations such as the flu shot, Tdap, COVID-19, etc. Any requests to be exempted from these requirements will be reviewed by Datavant Human Resources and determined on a case-by-case basis.
